MEMBERSHIP

The MCHC links scholars from all disciplines who conduct research, teach and study any aspect of Canadian media and communication history. We also welcome scholars based in Canada who investigate the history of media and communication in other parts of the world. The committee also invites those scholars who explore how history is represented in the media.

Your annual membership fee supports three important services maintained by the committee: a listserv linking scholars in the field, this website and its digital resources, and a paper prize awarded each year at the meetings of the CHA.

Membership lasts for one calendar year, from January to December. Please renew your membership to the MCHC each year. Payment can be made via Paypal or by cheque. A receipt will be issued for every payment.
